Job Description:
Facilitate implementation of growth strategies and development plans for a well defined group of key brands. Execute these plans in close cooperation with R&D, Product Managers (U.S and OUS), sales force and HCI. Serve as a mentor to other marketing professionals within the team with minimal supervision.

Qualifications/Work Experience: • 6+ years sales/marketing/engineering experience.

• Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated verbal communication skills (both in groups and one-on-one interaction) and written communication skills
• Demonstrated success in Customer and Market Insights
• Demonstrated knowledge of Competitor and market knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to influence/guide cross functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on a Brand plan directly linked to broader business/divisional goals.
• Develop, test and implement brand messaging, campaigns and marketing materials.
• Mentor and coach Brand Managers across the business unit.
• Manage product development process and development team communication including Key Opinion Leaders and Designer Surgeons.
• Manage preparation and execution of new product launches on a global level.
• Actively participate in key customer visits within the U.S.
• Provide business analysis and controlling support for sales and marketing management.
• Gain market, customer and competitive insights

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing or other relevant field of study. Prefer Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.

Percent Travel Required: 40%
