The Executive Direct! or, Ambulatory Surgery is responsible for:
- Overall growth and development of Ambulatory Surgery program, including, but not limited to, strategic planning, financial management, direction, development and marketing for the program.
- Building and maintaining working relationships with internal stakeholders, referring physicians and facilities.
- Providing ongoing programmatic analysis based on expected deliverables.
- Incorporating entrepreneurial concepts for quality improvement.
