Atlantic Health System is seeking a Nursing Coordinator for the Operating Room at Overlook Medical Center. The ideal candidate will assist with the business elements of the Per! i-Operative Services and has a dual reporting role to the Director of Surgery and the Manager of Peri-Operative Services. The selected candidate will have a current NJ RN license and a BSN or Business degree. MBA or Business degree would be preferred.
Must have a minimum of 5 years nursing experience with knowledge of business analyticals such as Excel, profit and loss, and financial statements. Must be able to lead projects assigned to closure with detail and clarity. Must demonstrate ability to communicate clearly, meet deadlines, foster business and clinical relationships to get job completed. This candidate must be able to demonstrate effective leadership and team building skills.
This is a full-time position with flexible hours.
