The Business Office Clerk is responsible for working collaboratively with the Front Office team to ensure the center is run in an efficient manner. Responsibilities will include gre! eting/registering patients and assisting with required paperwork, answering multi-line telephones, medical records, and physician credentialing. This is currently a 6 AM-2:30 PM pool position with the possibility of becoming Full Time.
We are seeking someone with outstanding communication skills, computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a busy setting. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter who is organized and prioritizes excellent attendance and punctuality. Front Office experience in the hospital/surgery/physician practice setting required. Experience in physician credentialing and medical records maintenance highly preferred. Insurance verification experience a plus.
