Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results oriented professional for the role of Oral Care Sales Consultant to manage a Central, NJ territory. The primary responsibility of this position will be development and management of a Central New Jersey territory with the goal of maximizing sales. This role is responsible for identifying and developing business relationships within targeted Dental Professionals and Oral Surgeons, while
Achieving quarterly and annual sales goals
Identifying key influencers and achieving designated call expectations with a focus on top target customers.
Delivering product presentations to customers in territory outlining products, features, benefits and services.
Understanding and addresses both business and scientific oriented needs of healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialog to determine unde! rlying patient needs and determine how products could address such needs.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ Years Outside Sales Experience
Minimum 3 years in Pharmaceutical sales
2+ years in Dental Sales or related (non-equipment)
Preferred experience with Arestin, implants, bone graft and/or other surgical or related dental pharmaceutical products
Experience with Buy & Bill/Transactional preferred
Documented track record of success
