Occupational Therapist - Outpatient - (OT)

StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay! Rate: 46.00 *

Acute Care hospital is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Occupational Therapist to join the team in their Outpatient Hand Unit. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Additional Requirements/Information:

• Interested candidates must have CHT
• Nationally recognized hospital
• Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as an OT and/or registered as an Occupational Therapist per state requirements.

An occupational therapist (OT) is responsible for providing assistance to patients who need help performing a wide variety of activities, especially daily needs (e.g., dressing, cooking, eating, driving, etc.) and motor skills. In addition, occupational therapy requires an OT to perform comprehensive at-home and job-site evaluations, and maintain an open line of communication with patients’ family members and caregivers. The! y may have a number of specialties, including:
