Location: Oakland New Jersey

Collagen Matrix, Inc., the leader in the design and engineering of collagen and mineral based materials for tissue and organ! repair and regeneration. Our products are used in the areas of orthopedic-spine surgery, neurosurgery, organ surgery and wound care. We have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Associate to becoming part of this growing company:
Responsibilities include verifying that receiving, in-process and finished products, comply with documented specifications. Duties include:

• Document review
• Review of batch records
• Identify and record any problems relating to the product,
• Write and revise standard operational procedures.
• Monitor activities related to the handling, storage, labeling, packaging, and delivery of products.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Successful candidate will read and comprehend technical/scientific documents, have the excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with test methods in medical product development/quality control a plus. An Associates or Bachelor’s deg! ree or equivalent in the biological sciences or engineering is! preferred.
