Job Description


In this role, the successful candidate will own leader(s) customer relationship for leaders/teams to advise, influence and be accountable for delivery of HR solutions working within a global account team of Business HR, COE and Business partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible to:

  • Provide real-time and strategic employee relations engagement and management through effective triage, stakeholder management, and thorough assessments using independent judgment.

  • Analyze data and documentation to evaluate and influence employees and management regarding employee relations.

  • Work closely with management to implement corporate human resources policies at the business unit/division level, such as salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, etc.

  • Regularly make decisions that impact the attainment of project objectives and resources of employees. Contributes to the development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.

  • Leverage foundational organization capability principles and/or design components to improve individual, group, and organizational functioning.

  • Coach, mentor and/or advise employees at all levels to help drive growth and development.

  • Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Engage in HR program delivery to Intel's business groups.

  • Actively contribute to the culture of agility and innovation.

  • Support the transformation of the Business HR organization into a strategic learning organization that aligns to LEAN principles, efficiency, and upskilling across Business HR. Key skills include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, data analysis, and problem solving.

In addition, the ideal candidate should also have the following skills:

  • Business and Strategic Acumen: Understanding of business, how profitability is achieved, who the business serves, how the business differentiates in the market and industry to give context to HR policy and practices to drive required Intel capabilities.

  • HR Acumen and Collaboration: Understands and appropriately applies HR solutions, guidelines, policies and underlying philosophies.

  • Employment and labor law and policy acumen: to problem solve and coach employees and managers.

  • Influence and coaching capability: Influence and coach managers to drive higher engagement and performance.

  • Data Analytics: understand how to pull, analyze and influence with data.

  • Organizational Development: to deliver organizations that help grow the business.

  • Issue Spotting and Investigation: Effectively ID and disposition ER issues and conduct investigations.

This is an entry level position and therefore, it’ll be compensated accordingly.


Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/ classes/ research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business or any other related field.

  • At least 3 months of direct experience in the following:

    • Employee relations

    • Organization Diagnosis and Design

    • Leadership Development and/or Coaching

    • HR basics: training and development, performance management, change management

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $69,840.00-$104,400.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
