Position Summary:
Our Clinical Managers play a critical role in efficiently managing all clinical duties in our dental practices to ensure the most organized, professional dental service is being provided while adhering to all OSHA and safety policies and procedures. In this role you will lead by example and motivate the office team by exemplifying the Allied Dental vision, mission, values and culture. The ideal candidate will be a leader and proficient in office management while effectively managing day-to-day operations in the dental office.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership abilities to partner with Office Manager and motivate clinical team to stay on time and provide the “Ultimate Patient E! xperienceâ€
- Supply and adhere to budget management
- Ordering and inventory management
- Assist the Dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
- Take, develop and mount dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Adhere to all OSHA and safety policies and procedures
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following all dental treatment procedures
- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
- Perform various office tasks as necessary
- Dental Assistant Certificate where state regulations specify
- RDA License is an absolute requirement where state regulations specify
- Dental assisting experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Resume must demonstrate stable employment history
