The Lead, EOS System Administration, is resp! onsible for the post-deployment EOS support model for the Glob! al Surgery organization. This role will provide direct tier 1 & 2 support during EST business hours, and manage a team of off-shore support for global coverage & off-hours. In addition, this role will also assist in the on-boarding of new Global Surgery businesses onto the EOS platform.

This individual is responsible for adhering to all legal, regulatory and Health Care Compliance policies to include, but not limited to Advamed, Pharma, ACCME etc.

The Lead, EOS System Administration will be responsible for System Administration which will encompass: User account maintenance - Adding/editing/security/removing; Activating or unlocking users; Resetting passwords. Workflow & library troubleshooting & error handling - Ticket creation for Tier 2/3 Support. System maintenance of metadata & taxonomy model in the library & workflow. System field & value maintenance - Edits to form data; Adding deleting brands/BU’s. Creation & management of security groups. Manage! ment of off-shore tier 1/tier 2 support. System training as required. Initiate corrective action and communications with vendors or internal asset owners to prevent repeated file submission issues; Identify & develop of quick reference guides to support key user issues.

The Lead, EOS System Administration will be responsible for System Compliance which will encompass: Management of system validation documentation for global surgery; Management and retention of training documentation; Audit support; Contribute to system testing for all configuration changes

This position will also be responsible for Reports & Knowledge Views which will encompass running & maintenance of administrative reports; Editing and development of knowledge views for end-users & process owners.

This position will also be responsible for On-boarding of Global Surgery Businesses which will encompass providing development support for the on-boarding of new Global Surgery busines! ses onto EOS: Implementation of field values; Form field & value custom! izations.

Qualifications

A minimum of a college degree or equivalent experience required. A minimum of 5 years system administration for Digital Asset Management in a medical or regulated field required. A minimum of 3 years of experience with graphic services, production or production management required. A minimum of 1 year of experience in support or help desk capacity required. Knowledge of system lifecycle implementation and/or development required.

Cross functional partnership experience preferred. Deep understanding of compliant business practices and a deep understanding of support for Validated Systems required. Ability to collaborate and work in a matrixed organization supporting multiple stakeholders, strong computer skills & working experience troubleshooting on multiple files types & web browsers (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Quark, Photoshop, Video & Audio formats, IE, Safari), organizational and time management skills, communication ski! lls, and problem solving/resolution and cross functional influencing skills preferred. Must be customer focused, goal driven and a problem-solver.
