The Valley Hospital, an affiliate of the New York-Presbyterian Healthcare System, is located in suburban northern New Jersey, 15 miles from New York C! ity.
Excellent opportunity for a part time Cardiac Surgery Intensivist.
The successful candidate shall practice evidence-based medicine with the ability to demonstrate Cardiac Surgery ICU experience; provide clinical management and coverage of all patients referred to the cardiothoracic surgical service, including rounding on patients within the hospital setting in the ICU and on the telemetry unit to ensure the delivery of quality care.
Prospective candidates must be Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine; available for weekend rotation and to provide vacation/benefit time coverage for the full-time Intensivist.
