Handling process orders and making sure placed properly and following through to make sure they are delivered
Phone Coverage
Reviewing restrictions and getting proper approvals when necessary
Order placing and inventory management
Audit support
Troubleshooting shipment/inventory issues and customer issues
Sales Management website support
Back order information
Updating shipping and cancelling missed surgery orders
Required Skills
! 2+ years of related experience and/or training
Associate's Degree in related field
Customer service and call center experience
Inventory/product knowledge working experience
Experience with Spreadsheet, Inventory, Internet, Order processing and Database software
Proficient with Word Processing software
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
