The RWJ University Hospital Foundation is currently in search of a Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations to join our team. This role reports to the SVP for Development & Executive Director of the RWJUHF. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Develop highly competitive prop! osals/solicitations for corporate and foundation prospects.
Create and implement cultivation strategies by composing and editing letters of inquiry, introductions, reports, acknowledgements and other donor correspondence in support of RWJUH priorities.
Manage a portfolio of corporations and foundations with significant capacity ($100,000+) and maintain a schedule of contacts and moves management plans for corporate and foundation representatives.
Establish long-term partnerships and strengthen existing relationships with the corporate and foundation sectors, as well as other key community agencies.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
5-7 years experience in hospital/higher education fundraising
Excellent writing skills
