Description: Systems Staffing Group is looking of Documentation Coordinator right now, this career will be placed in New Jersey. The Regulatory Affairs Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative assistance and coordinating activities for the Global Surgery Grou Regulatory Center of Excellence and for ensuring product registration/submission archives are accurate and current. This individual will support the compilation, tracking, indexing and archival of regulatory information (e.g., affiliate requests and regulatory submissions) across multiple business units within the Global Surgery Group. This individual will partner with business unit RA Associates and other stakeholders to:
Organize, file, and archive regulatory data/documentati! on for both hard copies and electronic copies.

Prepare requested documents for apostille and legalization for product registrations

Process certificates through US Governmental agencies as well as appropriate foreign consulates for notarization and legalization (e.g., CFG, Power of Attorney, Declaration of Conformity, Manufacturer's Statement and Declaration Certificate)

Organize, file, and archive regulatory data/documentation for both hard copies and electronic copies.

Serve as the sit RA records coordinator if needed

Maintain and archrive RA certificates

Post documents on internal SharePoint and/or web sites

Track and monitor affiliates documentation requests

Qualifications:
High School Diploma required. Associate Degree preferred.

4-6 years of administrative experience in a business environment required. Medical device industry preferred.

Ability to become a state Notary! preferred.

Strong computer skills working with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and databases required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload required.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Strong ability to pay close attention to details.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
