Rothman Institute is seeking a Surgery Scheduler to join our team in Sewell, NJ!! Primary duties will include scheduling and coordinating pre-operative testing, surgical appointments, and post-operative appointments. The Surgery Scheduler will also prepare surgical charts, confirm medical clearances, obtain diagnostic studies, review reservation and consent forms, create referrals in ECW, and update Physician schedules. Must be proficient with medical terminology, third party billing, insurance regulations, and ICD-10/CPT coding.
** Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in Surgery Scheduling!! **
