We are looking for an "Junior Marketing Specialist" for our global business partner that we are consulting.
The main purpose of the job is to support the performance of the salesforce by offering and managing monthly promotion plan, attractive customer/hostess gifts, advisor and customer promotions. Measure and improve the performance of promotions to efficiently increase the salesforce loyalty and performance. Plan and organise attractive events, incentive trips and continuously improve the attractiveness of salesforce events (e.g. Annual Gala, meetings and product launch events). The ‘Marketing Specialist/ Customer Advisor Marketing’ will support the recipe development in marketing department, the production and marketing of recipe media (e.g. photo shooting and video recording operations of recipes)
