About Productivity team

The goal of the Productivity team is reducing friction and providing data insights to
empower the intermediaries to make data-based decisions and improve performance.
The focus is on using technology for a seamless experience and automating redundant
tasks thus helping the intermediaries focus on the customer.

What you can expect

  • There is an opportunity for Aviv to become the operating system of the best real estate agents.
  • Increase agents’ productivity (return on effort) by digitizing and automating routine and administrative tasks.
  • Augment the local expertise and relationships of agents with Lead Management (i.e. making the most of Aviv’s reach) and Revenue (i.e. making the most of Aviv’s local marketplaces through data, brand/listing visibility optimisation and decision support tools)
  • We create the platform that allows thirds party solution providers to integrate their offering/services (complements) to further increase the value of Aviv to our Agents
  • Fullstack Expert (C#, .Net, React + AWS, Micro FrontEnd )
  • You will be the main point of contact with the Product Manager of Productivity team.
  • You will have to share your technical vision with the other members of the team, also with all our partners in the domain (Architects, Datascientists, QA,...).
  • You will have to develop services to provide to the Frontend team members.
  • You will evaluate the pull request of other team members and help them to grow technically.
  • You will work with the EM to ensure that the projects are delivered on time, and within the quality standards of the company, and with the architects of the company to be able to follow the standards of Aviv tech.
  • You will also establish code quality standards in the team as well as testing standards for sustainability of the codebase.


Qualifications


About you

Your role will be to help our product partner to create and integrate the best productivity solutions through our different customers portals. You will work closely with our domain architect and the team to design and build solutions that will help improve the productivity of our customers. This also involves partnering with the data teams to define data models that measure and help our customers improve their performance.

In this role you will be part of the team that maintains the current stack/solution while also building the future Aviv platform.

Your skills

  • Previous work experience as a Lead Developer
  • Fullstack with C# .NET, NodeJS, ReactJS or Angular, Typescript experience
  • Understanding of core AWS services, uses, and basic AWS architecture best practices. Proficiency in developing, deploying, and debugging cloud-based applications using AWS.
  • Test automation and CI/CD knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and English speaking
  • Good project management skills in a Agile/Scrum environment
