Job Summary
Performs tasks related to the organization's payroll function.

Job Duties
- Process multi-state payroll
- Import/Export payroll and benefits files
- Input changes to personnel information
- Process unused vacation for terminated employees
- Process and respond to garnishment orders
- Create onsite checks
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
- May interface with third-party payroll vendors
- Research and resolve pay related inquiries
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of multi-state payroll processing
- Prior child support and garnishment experience, preferred but not required
- Perform work with a high degree of latitude
- Handle the most complex issues
- High school diploma or equivalent
