What Is The Opportunity?
- Full-time positions available.
- Full-time shifts: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- From $17 - $20 per hour.
- No night, weekend, or holiday work.
- Guaranteed weekly pay, vacation pay paid weekly, non-taxable per km mileage rate paid weekly.
- Paid training.
- Health and Dental plans after 3 months.
What Does A Workday Look Like?
- Preparing and loading cleaning products and equipment into a vehicle.
- Provide an exceptional service in customers’ homes performing different cleaning activities, e.g. cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, etc.
- Moving reasonably light furniture in rooms to clean under and behind.
- Operating a company car or personal motor vehicle to transport team members, materials, and cleaning supplies to each home (where necessary).
- Taking pride and being passionate about the work you do.
What Is Required For The Role?
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Clean police record and strong references.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment.
- Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions.
- Ability to drive to and from various job sites.
