If yes, how you will contribute to the team:
As a Maintenance Director, you will supervise the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policy and procedures, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that the facility environment is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
Must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-5 years experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to transport Residents
- Knowledgeable in building codes, safety regulations, maintenance practices, and procedures
- Licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
- Ability to plan and carry out programs in repair, new construction, and equipment installation.
- Ability to understand, control, and track direct spending and labor budgets.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the healthcare facility
- Supervisory experience

- 1 - 5 years: This is a full-time on-site Maintenance Technician role located in Torrance, CA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily maintenance and repair of equipment, troubleshooting issues with equipment, performing preventive maintenance procedures, and ensuring overall industrial maintenance.
