Detailed Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to the Director of Marketing, Regenerative Products, this position is responsible for assisting in the management of the product marketing functions for the Integra Extremity Reconstructive platform. This includes products associated with the skin, nerve, and tendon collagen product lines. Responsibilities also include direct management of plastic and reconstruction instrument portfolio (dermatomes and meshers).To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Assists sales force to maximize sales through ongoing marketing support, updated sales aids and web pages, and improved communications. Must provide timely responses to inquiries. Ensure that product packaging, labeling and literature meets with marketing and corporate goals and objectives. Provide project support as a marketing resource on various multifunctional product and project teams. Develop and make rational decisions on manufacturing, packaging, distribution, promotion, market research, regulatory legal and any issues which impact product area responsibility. Seeks and Maintains active contact with key physicians worldwide regarding clinical research as it relates to current and future product requirements. Develop and expand technical product knowledge and clinical experience in the OR necessary for product line management and customer interaction through numerous field visits and specific training programs. Remain current of the market changes, competitive activity, clinical needs and the industry environment. Identify and propose new projects, which will enhance the performance of the product line, broaden the offerings and maximize the product line earnings. Make effective use of available resources within and outside Integra LifeSciences Corporation. Manage dermatome and mesher product portfolio Performs all other related duties as required The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position. B.S./M.S. in business administration, marketing or related discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience. An MBA is a plus. A minimum of 1 -2 years marketing management experience in the medical device industry is preferred. Orthopedic and/or regenerative product knowledge is preferred, with specific nerve, tendon, or skin market knowledge a plus. Sales experience or business development is a plus. TRAVEL Must be able to travel via car and/or airplane to domestic and international This position is expected to spend approximately 35% of time traveling in the field working with key accounts and customers
