Location New Jersey Type of hire Fulltime Level 8+ Yrs Must Have Skills bull Business requirement and process documentation expertise. bull Experience in Salesforce configura! tion bull Certified Salesforce.com Administrator bull Must have strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills. bull Strong written and verbal communication skills. bull Customer relationship skills Desired Skills bull SalesForce.com customization and configuration bull Knowledge of real time and batch integration technologies bull Understanding of Data migration from legacy applicationssystems to SalesForce.com Project Details Develop an “Online Surgical Platform†that provides a one stop shop for Customers, administrators, clinicians, Sales and inventory management personnel.
Segregate the operational scenario against the inventory and sales scenario by creating a “Customer Portal†and a “Consultant Portal†respectively. Customer Portal provides the facility to conduct surgeries on patients by enabling functions such as scheduling, purchasing surgical products and conducting the same in a collaborative environment. Consultant Portal prov! ides inventory management of surgical equipment along with Sal! es and Marketing management by enabling sales intelligence, customized reporting and campaign management. Introduce a role based access and mobile access (iOS) to the user for efficient workload management.
Integration with JD Edwards for product and pricing information. Ability to integrate with SFDC (to be implemented for Deputy Synthes) for Customer and Account specific data.
