Description: PDI, Inc. is currently interviewing Clinical Educator right now, this career will be placed in New Jersey. For complete informations about this career opportunity kindly read the description below. Company Overview

At EngageCE, a division of PDI, Inc., we believe instilling positive behavior within the practice is the cornerstone of providing optimal patient care. Many practices face challenges and old habits that impact their ability to follow care recommendations, which can negatively impact patient outcomes due to:

  • Difficulty establishing and maintaining standard clinical protocols
  • Variability in patient care delivery
  • Reducing staff communications, wasting time and resources and disrupting learning
Staff involvement is critical to providing appropriate and consistent patient support. EngageCE’s clinical educators work with the practice to educate physicians and staff on:

  • Disease understanding
  • Patient identification and management
  • Identifying and acting upon teachable moments with both staff and patients
Our Clinical Educators develop partnerships with healthcare practitioners to do just that through clinical and therapeutic discussions. By using only highly experienced, medically-trained professionals, we use a "train the trainer" approach to:
  • Create a familiar learning experience for the practice
  • Develop pragmatic clinical solutions
  • Instill positive staff behaviors that directly impact patient care quality
  • Create consistency within the practice to better utilize staff and resources
Our Clinical Educators work directly with patients delivering education that leads to improved self-management and compliance with their plan of treatment through:
  • One-on-one and group patient education sessions
  • Device training
  • Disease management education
It is our primary focus on changing behavior that makes EngageCE different.

"The education of the doctor which goes on after he has his degree is, after all, the most important part of his education."
  • John Shaw Billings, MD - U.S. Surgeon & Librarian
