Required: NJ RN License; BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification required, BSN degree required, MSN highly preferred. National certification in endoscopy, oncology, PACU highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years previous clinical experience required; minimum of 3 years management experience required, however would highly prefer experience in surgical, oncology or ambulatory setting. Responsibilities include: supervises, trains and manages all staff in the Ambulatory Surgery Department that includes endoscopy, outpatient IV therapy/chemotherapy, preadmission testing, PACU and the perioperative and phase 2 recovery areas for Minor Procedures and the Operating Room.
