Position Responsibilities: Utilizes the nursing process to effectively assess the needs of patients, identifies a plan of care; implements & evaluates the care given. Provides direct & indirect care to patients & leads team toward goal achievement. Coordinates & directs care given by other team members. Address systems issues to facilitate the provision of quality efficient care. Delegates appropriately to other team members. Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, time management & problem solving skills required.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
Interprets and follows all aspects of moderate sedation policy Performs all specialized care related to radiology nursing skills in effective and comprehensive manner; e.g. intra arterial pressures,extravisation with contrast, catherization of infants,etc. consistently adheres to time out and wrong site surgery policy and involves all team members. Communicates transfer of patient responsibility using SBAR
