We have an immediate opening for a full-time TEMPORARY assignment in Mahwah, NJ for approximately 6 months.
Job Description:
Support Senior Sales Management with all sales reporting requirements.
- Compile, audit and administer monthly, quarterly and annual Sales Reports that measure key performance indicators of the sales force.
- Create ad hoc Sales Reports as needed, relating to sales performance and hospital, surgeon and field usage.
- Use and development of various data tools to provide innovative efficient reporting including Oracle, Access, Cognos, etc.
- Create executive sales presentations in PowerPoint for monthly review by Senior Sales Management
- Support the National Sales Meeting, including, the calculation of awards recipients based on established criteria, development of content and communication for the meeting, and determination of new awards, prizes, and criteria (as necessary).
- Track field sales changes monthly and ensure data is current in all reports.
- Calculate monthly field sales performance and facilitate Senior Sales Management recognition tools.
- Provide suggestions and feedback on improvements of current processes and procedures to improve efficiencies.
BS/BA in a Business Administration or a business related field.
