Mountain Surgery Center located in West Orange, New Jersey is currently looking for a Receptionist to answer phones, greet patients, schedule appointments and more at this busy surgical center. Responsibilities: 1. Scheduling of patients for surgery. 2. Completing insurance verifications. 3. Admitting patients, completing paperwork. 4. General office duties. Candidates must meet the following requirements: 1. A positive attitude and a personality that enjoys working as a team player. 2. Excellent phone skills, verbal and written communication skills are a must. 3. Must be proficient in the use of telephones, Microsoft Office, fax machine. 4. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work well under pressure 5. Strong organizational skills 6. Medical office experience is a plus. 7. HS Diploma EOE We are a drug free workplace.
