Gurwitch Products, a globally savvy house of authentic beauty brands, produces, manages and markets prestige cosmetics and skincare products including! Laura Mercier and ReVive. Laura Mercier is a global brand of high-end prestige beauty products and cosmetics. ReVive skincare products, with Nobel Prize winning EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor), are a non-surgical approach to skincare developed by plastic surgeon, Dr. Greg Brown.
We are seeking out savvy individuals looking to develop lasting relationships with prestige beauty consumers by empowering them.
DUTIES
Make Up Artists play a key role in--
- Increasing sales and growing the business;
- Enhancing the retailer's image as a high-end store; and
- Establishing and maintaining retailer as the destination store for our prestige brand, Laura Mercier cosmetics.
- Assist customer in doing facial and makeover consultations
- Attend training classes and maintain product knowledge awareness
- Conduct product demonstrations to model selling and customer se! rvice techniques
- Develop and maintain own clientele, ! including phone contact, letters, and phone calls
- Drive sales and assure that all goals are being met
- Focus brand sales by line/resource
- Is an expert about merchandise/line - the features, advantages, and benefits
- Operate P.O.S. register and report sales accurately
- Recommend proprietary credit to all customers, in keeping with retailer's standards
Requirements for the Position:
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- High energy, driven and a commitment to succeed
- Proven track record of cosmectic sales a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Make Up Artists play a key role in--
- Increasing sales and growing the business;
- Enhancing the retailer's image as a high-end store; and
- Establishing a! nd maintaining retailer as the destination store for our prestige brand, Laura Mercier cosmetics.
