LifeCell's patented tissue matrix was developed in 1994 as a graft for burn patients. Since then, AlloDerm's versatility has led to its use in many other reconstructive applications, allowing surgeons to restore tissue damaged through injury or disease - using the regenerative power of the patients' own tissues.

The HR operations consultant will partner with other groups to ana! lyze, diagnose, and propose solutions to service delivery stra! tegies and processes across the organization. These projects include untangling cross-functional services from our sister company. These services include payroll, benefits, HRIS, global mobility, etc..The HR operations consultant will be responsible for enhancing operational performance and improvement while remaining internally focused on transactional operations.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree is required. A minimum of 5-7 years of related experience is required. Previous experience in a generalist role is required preferably for an HR shared service center managing cross-functional HR processes. Must have operational understanding of various HR disciplines (i.e. compensation, benefits, global mobility) and their integration with broader HR services and strategies. Experience developing and implementing HR process improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and deliver quality services. Experience managing third party vendors. Experience with HR appl! ications and service providers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Project management skills required.
