End Date: October 2013 with the possibility to extend
Minimum Length of Coverage: 3 months
Schedule Requested: M - F 8am - 5pm, 40 hrs/ week
Other Acceptable Schedules:
Call Schedule: no call
Patient Volume Per Shift: 20-30
Patient Ages Seen: all ages - primarily adult
BC/BE Requirement: BC - prefered
Inpatient/Outpatient/Traditional: outpatient with high concentration of occmed
Procedures Performed by Provider: Provider who can repair lacerations and do simle minor lesion removals is preferred.
Support Staff Available: Clinic is staffed with 2 Physicians and 1 part-time Mid-Level, nursing, lab, radiology, reception and medical records.
Charting Type Used/Type of EMR: NextGen
