Location: New Jersey

Candidate will be working with an average of 20-complaints at a time.
Will have a 4-week achievement goals and complete an average of 6-complaints a week.

Working with surgeon complaints, customer complaints and product complaints
Will be working with lots of complaints, and have a small backlog.
Requirements
BA/BS in Business, Engineering Science or related field.
Related professional experience will be considered in lieu of education.
Experience is more important.
5 years experience with Corrective Action in a regulated industry, Medical Device.
Analytical Skills - Root Cause Analysis
Run inspection of device dimensions.
