As an Enterprise Business Development Representative at Impartner, your role is to lay the foundation for Impartner sales by researching and engaging with prospects at our target accounts, helping them understand the value of Impartner’s PRM solution by articulating our value proposition, with the goal of scheduling discovery calls for our Account Executives. To do this you will be nurturing prospects using a variety of channels such as phone, email & social.

Critical to this role is close collaboration and communication with field sales and marketing. We are looking for people who are excited to work in a fast-moving environment, make a significant impact, and rapidly develop in their career.

  • Develop and maintain an accurate, high-quality pipeline that is aligned to our company's sales process.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for your territory.
  • Be a source of insights about your territory and communicate product and marketing needs back through the organization.
  • Proactively identify and contact prospects to develop a substantial new business pipeline, and close business.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.
  • Understand at a deep level how each account makes buying decisions.
  • Provide recommendations based on customers' business needs and usage patterns.
  • Assist in identifying ideas for new products, services, and partners with the goal of increasing client retention and client growth.
  • Establish trusted relationships with CMOs and other client executives to originate new opportunities in new logo and existing accounts support new and existing accounts to position our capabilities.
  • Be engaged with colleagues and accounts and lead by example by personally owning and delivering against target for a small subset of clients and prospects.
  • Serve as escalation point for customer issues ensuring issues are resolved quickly by leveraging resources across the company.

  • You have experience with enterprise selling (F500 accounts)
  • You have a deep understanding of ABM methodologies, and you possess the knowledge and skills to implement personalized and targeted strategies to engage with potential clients
  • You have experience with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • You are self-directed and an active learner
  • You have strong creative problem solving skills
  • You have the ability to create momentum within target accounts
  • You are comfortable with all forms of outreach, including phone, email and social
  • You have familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, similar CRM
  • You possess exceptional written, verbal, analytical and organizational skills.
  • You are flexible, innovative, and can quickly adapt to change.
  • You have proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • You thrive in a highly collaborative, virtual team environment.
  • You are engaging and have a positive attitude that inspires confidence in others.
  • You have a sense of urgency and routinely demonstrate excellent judgment with how/what/when to respond to all communication.
  • You have previous experience in the software industry, and familiarity with the SaaS model.
  • You have previous Channel and/or B2B Experience.
