Then read along because Relesys is looking for a skilled, hands-on, and Danish-speaking Client Success Manager who will have a key role in supporting our clients, operating from Aarhus in Denmark
As a Client Success Manager, you will get exciting opportunities to work with some of the most amazing companies in Denmark! You will be the "face of Relesys" and become an actual product expert eager to understand your Client's every need and problem, so you can facilitate the tailoring of a personalized app to enhance, engage and unify our Client's workforce! But don't worry; you will not be doing it all alone. We have a highly collaborative process where you will work closely with the sales team, digital designers, product and Client Succes leadership in supplying the best service and apps for our clients.

Our clients are not just considered our customers but our colleagues with whom we build strong and long-term relationships. Ultimately, to be able to personalize World-class app designs, campaigns, app launches, communication, and facilitation of updated features
Your key responsibilities:
As Client Success Manager, your role will include, but will not be limited to:
Carry out the best customer experience and be the guiding light for your team on our best practices
Own the entire customer journey for your clients with a deep understanding of their motivations, business drivers, strategic goals, and desired outcomes
Develop and carry out detailed project plans to guide the clients through implementation, change management, adoption, and value realization, unlocking growth and customer advocacy initiatives
Become a product expert, advising your customers on how to best leverage our platform via best practices for specific workflows, use cases, learnings from other customers, etc.
Assist the configuration of the Client's platform in supporting the Client's needs and driving value for their organization
Partner with the Client Success leadership team across Relesys to further refine the structure, systems, and resources to support our clients successfully
Work closely with internal teams (Support, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Development) to align priorities, collaborate on customer needs and opportunities, and deliver early and increasing value over time
Who are you:
First and foremost, hire for attitude and the right mindset; there is plenty of space for growth and development when entering this role! However, we are looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in Client Success or similar

You are an emphatic and passionate person who takes great pride in providing an exceptional client experience
You are self-driven, proactive, and ambitious, with a great understanding of the importance of a strong team
Strong analytical skills & data-driven mindset to evaluate performance and make adequate operational decisions
You have strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests
You are comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups and engaging with senior executives about technical business topics
Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus but not a requirement
Experience with upselling/aftersales is also desirable
It is an advantage if you have worked in retail or hospitality, as you will be one bit closer to the everyday communication and alignment struggles of our Clients' employees
You have native or bilingual proficiency in both spoken and written Danish
You have professional proficiency in both spoken and written English
