Teachers are important to help students learn and grow. They have insights that others might not about how to create a successful educational environment. We're looking for a Freelance Educational Outreach Coordinator to build a community of teachers that want to share insights and improve the work we do at Crash Course.
Since 2012, Crash Course has been creating highly engaging, concise videos on a wide range of academic subjects. We’ve produced dozens of courses and more than 1350 videos that help teachers, students, and learners around the world supplement course materials, prepare for exams, and spark interest in topics from World History to Artificial Intelligence to Biology and beyond!
As a Freelance Educator Outreach Coordinator, you'll help us deepen our relationship with the educator community. We’d like to become more responsive to teachers’ needs, and this position will be key to building that response. You can expect to build and engage in community forums for educators who use or want to use Crash Course. It's important that you're proactive about outreach and identifying the greatest needs of educators that Crash Course can support. You're familiar with research and pulling information from a variety of sources into digestible reports for the team to consider. Being able to know and understand teachers and their priorities is essential for success in this role.
