We are a dog grooming store located in Santa Monica. We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team of skilled, enthusiastic and customer friendly staff. The right person will have a strong work ethic and will be required to work on multiple days between 8am and 5pm.

- Providing excellent Customer service and assistance.
- Booking grooming appointments and balancing schedules.
- Check in of customers for grooming appointments.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries.
- Assisting other members of the team as required.
- Selling of grooming services and products.
- Ensuring the reception area is kept clean and tidy
- Filing and customer Database maintenance.
- Inventory ordering.
- Have a passion for dogs and cats.
- Have a strong knowledge of dog and cat breeds and familiarity of grooming.
- Have experience working with dogs and cats.
- Be outgoing and personable with a polite telephone manner.
- Be punctual, reliable and flexible.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be computer literate with experience of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
- Be a self starter and also be able to work as part of a team.
- Be flexible with the days they can work.
