We are a nationwide telemarketing company that has been operating out of the Cleveland Ohio area since 2009. We are currently looking to hire for our Work from Home Customer Service Representative position.

Job requirements include:

  • calling companies nationwide
  • appointment setting / information collecting - no sales required
  • speaking clearly, respectfully and professionally on every call
  • exceptional communication skills
  • notating every call in Excel
  • Microsoft proficient - Word, Excel
  • able to work with multiple industries
  • completing tasks within a certain time frame
  • sending completed calls daily to account manager via e-mail
  • working along side the account manager to develop a working campaign
  • able to produce results requested by our clients

Work environment:

  • Work from home

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $400.00 - $1,200.00 per month

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Work setting:

  • Remote

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Call Center: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Telemarketing: 2 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: Remote
