DTS Travel Administrator, Junior [United States]

We are currently seeking Travel Coordination and Receptionist support for our Patuxent River customer. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Managing and entering data into the Defense Travel System (DTS) for numerous travelers within the PMA.
• Managing travel spreadsheets and utilizing other tools for the monthly travel approval meeting.
• Help travelers resolve travel issues while they are on travel, including coordination with DTS Troubleshooters and other travel entities.
• Maintain tracking systems to ensure prompt payments upon return.
• Provide Receptionist support to the Program Office.
• Responsible for closing the office daily and checking conference spaces, etc. This is normally accomplished at 5:30pm with start times adjusted to compensate for the later departure.

Education Required:

• HS or equivalent.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience or less than 3 years’ experience and a BA/BS degree.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
