Job Discription:
- Review travel authorizations and vouchers for compliance with the Federal Travel Regulations and USAGM policies.
- Provide customer service assistance to USAGM travelers who may be unfamiliar with the Agency?s travel system and travel regulations.
- Demonstrate abilities to analyzing large volume of travel transactions in computerized systems with high degree of accuracy (attention to details), researching differences or anomalies for root cause(s), and preparing proposed corrective action plan in accordance with accounting/financial management principles.
- Interact and communicate effectively with others from a broad range of functional backgrounds, and to handle pressures in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
- Be proficient in E2Solutions (E2) official travel system.
- Provide professional customer service to USAGM employees.
