Customer and Client Service Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting.
- Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to need assistance.
- Keep all work areas clean, organized, and presentable.
- Effectively communicate with all team members and managers.
- Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer and learn the names of key people (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc).
- Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.
- Must be able to accurately verify, collect, and record revenue.
Safety and Security Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely park guest cars in an efficient manner.
- Abides by all Parkwell safety standards and training.
- Secure keys in locked podium/key box.
- Verifies ownership of vehicles – keys for claim check.
- Be able to perform and stay organized under stress.
- Maintain a high level of integrity in regard to guest’s vehicles and personal possessions.
- Reports all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments.
Position Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background check
- At least 18 years of age
- PM shift and Weekend Availability REQUIRED
