Customer and Client Service Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting.
  • Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to need assistance.
  • Keep all work areas clean, organized, and presentable.

    Effectively communicate with all team members and managers.
  • Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer and learn the names of key people (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc).

  • Must be able to accurately verify, collect, and record revenue.


Safety and Security Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely park guest cars in an efficient manner.
  • Abides by all Parkwell safety standards and training.
  • Secure keys in locked podium/key box.
  • Verifies ownership of vehicles – keys for claim check.
  • Be able to perform and stay organized under stress.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity in regard to guest’s vehicles and personal possessions.
  • Reports all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager.


Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments.

Position Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background check
  • At least 18 years of age
  • PM shift and Weekend Availability REQUIRED
