Contact Center Agent- Full Time and Part Time Afternoon/Evening SHIFTS (must have availability to 8pm).

Dynamic BDC Contact Center is excited to support automobile manufacturers and dealerships with their customer service needs. We need friendly, professional, and helpful agents to work for us remotely, answering questions, scheduling appointments, providing up-to-date information, and addressing any concerns, with the utmost sense of care for the customer. We provide services for the world's largest automotive manufacturers and dealerships ensuring an elevated level of customer service through exceptional client and customer interactions.

About the job:

As an At Home/Remote Expert Customer Service Representative, you will ensure an excellent customer service experience for the customer, utilizing your training and outstanding customer service skills while handling both inbound and outbound calls.

What You Will Do:
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone answering questions and resolving concerns for the customer
  • Employ problem-solving skills to assist the customer
  • Provide issue resolution for customer concerns dealing with service appointments and questions about their vehicle
  • Consistently exhibit a patient and friendly demeanor with the customer
  • Manage through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously; properly logging calls in the system
  • Accurately maintain customer database and ensure all records are updated

  • 4th gen Intel i3 processor (or AMD or Apple equivalent) or better
Memory:
  • 8GB of memory (RAM)

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
Internet and Networking Requirements
  • Broadband internet (fiber, cable, DSL)
  • Wired network connection - An Ethernet port or USB-to-Ethernet adapter
Other equipment:
  • 2nd Monitor for dual screens
  • Webcam
  • Corded, not wireless, USB headset with noise canceling mic
Quiet, private workspace.
A quiet place to work online. It’s critical to prevent background noise on calls by choosing a distraction-free area where callers can’t hear any sounds such as kids, barking dogs, traffic, doorbells, TVs, radios, etc.

Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication. Our agents will be speaking to customers from all over the country, so excellent listening and speaking skills are paramount
  • Proficient use of technology, including computers and databases.
  • Strong typing skills and website navigation skills.
  • Representatives will need to competently and professionally use our customer service tools, scripts, and applications.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role preferred.
  • A positive, customer-first attitude at all times.
  • Ability to problem solve in order to properly assist the customer.
