Bilingual Customer Service Rep (CSR)


Disabled Veteran Solutions is looking for experienced Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representatives to support government-based contracts in security, health and human services, and state benefits.


At DVS, we pride ourselves in our excellent communication skills and are motivated to provide exceptional customer service. With this position, representatives will provide customer service and work to resolve customer concerns.

You will utilize your skills with every contact to achieve the following:

  • Perform support ticket transaction resolution tasks.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining excellent documentation of all calls, questions, complaints, etc.
  • Assist callers navigating/troubleshooting app, website, paperwork.
  • Assist providers with understanding, submitting, deleting, editing timesheets.
  • Assist consumers during the provider hiring process.
  • Assist consumers approving, denying submitted shifts by their provider.
  • Assist consumers with their budget and troubleshooting the root cause of timesheet error messages.
  • Responds to inbound/outbound and voicemail call inquiries
  • Initiates outbound calls to respond to inquiries and to follow-up with previous contacts.
  • Responds to all inquiries in a professional, friendly and timely manner, public-service oriented and understands the needs and work effectively with elderly population and persons with disabilities.


Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely, including reliable, high-speed Internet; the ability to troubleshoot common computer issues; and a private, dedicated work space is required.
  • Must have a computer (laptop or desktop, Mac and Chromebooks are not compatible with platform), monitors, and a USB-wired headset.
  • Minimum of High School diploma required: additional education preferred.
  • Must be able to successfully pass criminal background check.
  • Clear and concise verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with callers.
  • Must be available between the hours of 8am and 8pm EST, with weekend availability preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
