Housekeeping Manager


 

Working alongside the Director of Housekeeping at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Housekeeping Manager who possesses leadership and will have an impact on all employees in the Housekeeping Department.

Key Accountabilities



• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Day to day operational duties
  • Must maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards.

General Requirements



• Experience in Housekeeping in a luxury hotel or other luxury customer service environment
  • Great interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Organization skills including time management and managing multiple priorities
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and facility with keyboard, and spa software experience preferred
