The Registered Nurse is responsible for rendering professional nursing care to patients in Endoscopy and Same Day Surgery by assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating pre procedure/surgical nursing care needs on individual and continuing basis of assigned patients in keeping with agency poicies and procedures and external regulations.
Requirements:
[Minimum education]
Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, 2-3 yrs nursing experience, med/surg or out patient
[Desired education]
BSN preferred
[Minimum work experience]
one year med surg or out patient/ambulatory nursing experience,
[Desired work experience]
2-3 years Medical Surgical or outr pateint/ambulatory preferred.
[Required licenses/certifications]
Current New Jersey Nursing License (BLS) Basic Life Support,- (CPR) Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation ACLS
- (RN) Registered Nurse
[Required skills]
(BLS) Basic Life Support, (CPR) Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, IV Certification, SGRN, Geriatreic or Ambulatory Certification perferred
[Valid drivers license required]
