Schedule Requested: Monday through Friday; 8a-5p; no weekends

Call Schedule: no call
Patient Volume Per Shift: 20-30
Patient Ages Seen: all ages
BC/BE Requirement: BC
Inpatient/Outpatient/Traditional: outpatient
Procedures Performed by Provider: minor lacerations and minor lesion removals
Support Staff Available: 2 physicians, 1 part-time midlevel, nurses, lab, radiology, and office staff
Charting Type Used/Type of EMR: NexGen
Additional Important/Misc. Information: High concentration on occupational medicine preferred. Must be willing to cover various FP clinics in the region.
