TEMP QC Product Release Specialist

LifeCell's patented tissue matrix was developed in 1994 as a graft for burn patients. Since then, AlloDerm's versatility has led to its use in many other reconstructive applications, allowing surgeons to restore tissue damaged through injury or disease - using the regenerative power of the patients' own tissues.

This position is responsible, but not li! mited to, for coordinating all Product Release activities, mai! ntaining applicable throughput databases, preparing batch record folders for review and electronically/physically transferring all released product to Finished Goods.
Downloading and entering all micro results into Oracle
File all pertinent information (lab results, micro results, donor checklists, etc) into the appropriate batch folders in preparation for review
Electronically/physically transfer released product to Finished Goods.
Work closely with QC lab personnel regarding overdue and/or discrepant results
Coordinate with QC Inspection regarding overdue inspections of lots
Work closely with logistics personnel regarding any discrepancies in releases
Responsible for resolving and assist in investigating any reported discrepant micro results from the outside lab
Responsible for prioritizing lot batch folders for review based on customer service needs
Report releases on a daily basis
! Assist in various projects within Quality Product Release when asked by Manager
Qualifications
Position Qualifications:
A minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
A minimum of 1 year administrative support experience is required
A minimum of 1 year prior experience in the pharma/medical device industry is preferred.
