The Global Surgery Group (GSG) MBA Recruitment Program provides top MBA graduates a unique opportunity to leverage their business training and diverse experiences to have an immedi! ate impact to the company. The GSG Program offers unique place! ment opportunities upon graduation in locations across the United States; including New Jersey, Ohio and California. Successful MBA graduates are provided with an opportunity to be considered for one of the following placement/full-time roles:
- Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) based in Cincinnati, OH. The MLDP is an 18-month program in Marketing and other key commercial business functions. The program consists of three 6-month assignments, and is complemented by mentorship and formal training. Successful candidates are placed in a Marketing Manager role upon completion of the program.
- A full-time direct placement as Associate Marketing Manager. This placement opportunity is provided in New Jersey and California with a focus on one of GSG’s core businesses. Throughout the first year, a blend of formal and on-the-job training is provided to support career development and growth.
In order to be eligi! ble for an opportunity within the Global Surgery Group MBA Recruitment program, you must be enrolled in an accredited MBA Program with graduation planned for 2014. A minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience required. Experience in Marketing, Product Management, Market Research, Sales, Business Development, Licensing and Acquisitions, Professional Medical Education, or related field preferred. Must be a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Permanent work authorization in the U.S. required.
