Medical Devices & Diagnostics Global Services, L.L.C., Global Supply Chain organization is recruiting for a Systems Analyst, located in Bridgewater, NJ.

Medical Devices & Diagnostics (MD&D) Global Services, L.L.C., represents more than 60 manufacturing sites and 26,000 employees who plan, source, manufacture and deliver high-quality and cost-effective medical products to our customers around the globe each day. Work of the MD&D Supply C! hain supports a multitude of product platforms, new products a! nd delivery systems that are used in a wide range of procedures throughout the healthcare industry, including interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, minimally invasive surgery, hospital sterilization, clinical laboratory testing, diabetes management, joint replacement surgery and vision care.

The Systems Analyst will report into the MD&D Supply Chain Program Management Office (PMO). As a part of the Office of Strategy Execution and PMO team within MD&D Supply Chain, the Systems Analyst will lead the Core Processes and Systems Capability Development activities across the MD&D Supply Chain.

The Systems Analyst will drive portfolio governance including prioritization resource allocation, financial management and other measures to ensure various business commitments are achieved. Develop and deploy core standard processes, systems capabilities and best practices for portfolio execution and Supply Chain performance management. This individual will bring ! to the position, knowledge of project and program management processes, with an ability to coach and lead other portfolio leaders and project leaders as necessary.

The Systems Analyst will work effectively as part of a PMO team. Independently troubleshoot more complex problems and suggest effective resolutions. Select tools and methodologies for projects, following compliance and company guidelines. Lead the assessment of the technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions and provide appropriate recommendations based on industry trends, internal benchmarking and vendor relationships. Utilize Core Process and Systems standards and strategies and business needs to guide well-informed decisions. Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provide documentation as necessary and participate in compliance activities as required. Utilize critical project and program management considerations (i.e. risk, architectural, compliance, change, releas! e, etc.) and factor them into decisions and recommendations. Understand! the business impact of different solutions and assess the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, and costs. Understand the strategic initiatives and the associated systems and process roadmap. Function independently with limited work direction and escalate as appropriate. Provide work process reviews and provide balanced/constructive feedback. Mentor and guide junior-level staff.

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance, Business Engineering, Operations Management or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 6 years of business experience is required. A minimum of 3 years of supply chain or related experience (Quality, Engineering, etc.) is preferred. Knowledge of portfolio and performance management and reporting processes and tools (Cognos Metrics Studio, Instantis, etc.) is preferred. Knowledge of project management and program management processes and tools (FPX, PMP, GenSigh! t, Instantis, Clarity, etc.) is required. Experience in facilitation, mentoring, business process development and training preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Knowledge of Process Excellence tools (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred. Lean or Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt) is preferred. Must have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Must have strong negotiation and influencing skills. The ability to communicate and present to all levels of management is required. Experience leading multiple cross-functional project teams within a complex matrix organization is required. This position will require up to 20% domestic and international travel.
