Leading OTC company urgently requires Product Manager Detailed Description Location Madison, NJ Duration Full Time This position leads and drives the marketing strategy, execution, business results and PL for ! one of the largest brands within our client and a leading OTC vitamin brand. Specific Job Duties bull Own and drive development and execution of 5 year Strategic Marketing Plan and annual Operating Plan. bull Delivery of annual topline sales and operating earnings. Development and management of market share, revenue and marketing expense forecasts budgets.

bull Development and execution of winning marketing plans and tactics for the consumer and eye care professionals (HCPs). bull Lead advertising and communications strategy for the US market based on informed consumer and customer insights) to include TV, print, digital, mobile, and healthcare professional personal and non-personal promotion. bull Lead alignment with Retail Sales and Trade Marketing to develop and implement customer specific initiatives that achieve growth and revenue goals for the brand. bull Manage external agency of record relationships including scope of work, budget, strategy and creative dev! elopment processes.

Align agencies to brand prioritie! s and bull Develop Key Opinion Leadership (KOL) relationships with thought leaders in the fields of age-related macular degeneration and nutrition. bull Partner with Market Research and Shopper Marketing to analyze Nielsen retail sales and household panel data, retailer POS and consumerHCP primary research to develop winning market and competitor insights. bull Identify consumer and health care professional insights. bull Bring innovation to our marketing plans and product portfolio.

Identify, develop and launch new products. bull Implement robust business metrics to measure effectiveness of key brand initiatives and maximize ROI. bull Build effective cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Customer Marketing, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Clinical Medical Affairs, OperationsSupply Chain, Customer Service and Human Resources. bull Contribute to client’s transformation to a world class, high performing, customer driven organization, bringing strong marketing and l! eadership fundamentals and a passion to create constructive change.

Qualifications bull Demonstrated track record and experience driving profitable growth on existing products and leading product development through commercialization for new products.

bull Must possess keen marketing, brand management and positioning skills. bull Demonstrable evidence of developing winning marketing plans and building profitable, enduring brands. bull 5-7 + years consu! mer health or consumer packaged goods brand management experience with ! a leading company. HCP marketing experience a strong plus bull Requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal communications skills.

bull Proven ability to lead and influence others and communicate strategies and plans to senior leadership, customers, cross-functional teams and peers. bull Experience developing winning consumer advertising. TV, print, digital and mobile. Social media experience in a consumer health environment is a plus.

HCP promotion experience a plus. bull Extremely knowledgeable about the consumer healthcare industry and customer, consumer and media trends. Prior category experience in vitamins, nutritionals or eye care marketing experience a plus. bull Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

bull Strong PL management skills and financial acumen. bull Ability to travel. Requires attendance at business meetings, industry meetings or working w! ith key customers. Anticipated travel 10-15 bull Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA from leading business school strongly preferred.
